Returns Policy
About 30 days return:
Holapetpet is subject to return or exchange within 30 days of the online purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with the order within that time frame, you should send an email to our customer service via support@holapetpet.com to obtain approval for the transfer request.
Return shipping fee:
When it comes to the responsibility of the return cost, if it is caused by our error, we will bear all the return cost, otherwise, the customer will need to bear it, except for unreasonable factors.
Note when returning the package:
1. Items should be returned with its original packaging.
2. Please note that if the items damaged during the return shipping, we also have the right to refuse your return request.
3. We recommend you use a traceable courier that can provide tracking number so that we can track the returned package.

The address on the package cannot be mailed directly, it is not our address.
Meet the conditions of the refund:
Only damaged, defective and totally unusable products you received can be returned. We do not support any returns without any unreasonable reasons.
Refund processing:
Our warehouse can take up to 2 weeks to process your return. Once your return is approved, we will notify you.You will get a refund for the original product. We do not refund any transportation costs or taxes paid to the authorities, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the freight.
